Michael joined MarketFactory in 2020 as the chief technology officer.
Prior to joining MarketFactory, Michael was chief operating office/chief technology officer of Liquid Capital, where he worked for over a decade. He has been in the market-making industry for over twenty years in a variety of roles covering all aspects of trading including compliance & regulation, finance & tax, legal, risk, quantitative trading, trading, and technology.
Michael earned a bachelor’s of science in economics and computer science from the University of Chicago.
Outside of MarketFactory, Michael’s committed to hiking all the Wainwright peaks with his golden retrievers, learning conversational Japanese, and convincing his wife to cheer for Chelsea.
