About this role

Customer happiness at MarketFactory starts with great technical support analysts.  Be the aaS in Saas!  We’ll teach you trading and finance — you bring general tech savviness and lots of enthusiasm.

Must Haves

  • 5+ yrs experience leading a Level 1 or 2 desk in a real-time technology company
  • Proven track record of recruiting and staffing support teams
  • You’ve been in the trenches and can teach others
  • You like documenting run books, procedure manuals, training and rallying around process
  • Extensive experience managing against performance metrics

Nice to Haves

  • Calm under pressure
  • Financial markets, foreign exchange or trading knowledge

Every day:

  • Fast-paced, casual dress work environment in the heart of London or New York
  • Be our Mission Control: Actively monitor our real-time systems in the dynamic FX market
  • You’ll be crushing issue follow-ups via email, phone calls, meetings and on-site client visits
  • New-hire and ongoing training in technology and FX market structure
  • Participation at client entertainment events
  • Quarterly regional travel with Sales to see clients
  • Annual international travel to the best cities: New York, London, Singapore, etc
  • May require Asia support hour rotation to cover our 24/5 business

Bonus points for previous experience in FX and trading environments.
