Jack Jeffery
Jack Jeffery is Chief Executive of MTS Group, the leading market in Europe for the trading of fixed income securities. Jack has over 20 years of experience in financial markets, including as Chief Executive Officer of ICAP Electronic Broking, a division of ICAP, the world’s largest interdealer broker. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of EBS, the largest interbank foreign exchange trading platform, acquired by ICAP in 2006.
Jack has held positions with Citibank, both in Australia and the UK, including as Managing Director – Head of European Foreign Exchange and Global Head of FX Options. Prior to Citibank, he was Director of Treasury for Midland Montague Australia and was with BNP. He has also served as a member of the Bank of England Joint Standing Committee and the US Federal Reserve Bank FX Committee. Jack and his family reside in Surrey, England.
Doug York
Since 2005, Doug York has been investing privately and raising children. Doug previously spent 25 years in asset management and investment banking. He was head trader and partner at $12 billion CTA/hedge fund Campbell & Company where his market focus was on cash foreign exchange and global futures markets including fixed income, stock indices and commodities. Doug worked closely with banks, brokers, exchanges and technology providers to scale algorithmic trading across Asia, Europe and North America. He was a strong advocate for buy-side access to inter-dealer platforms and Campbell was among the first such participants to gain access to them.
Prior to joining Campbell & Company, Doug managed global foreign exchange risk at the Black and Decker Corporation having previously worked for several US and European banks as a trader on fixed income and foreign exchange desks than as Chief Dealer. Doug sits on the Investment Advisory Council and Executive Leadership board of Franklin & Marshall College, where he received his MA in Government. Doug resides with his wife Betsy and two children in Baltimore, Maryland.
