MarketFactory is a high-growth company founded in July 2007 with the goal of making a positive impact on the world, starting with the world of financial services.

We are developing a platform that focuses on the thorniest problems in trading; speed of light issues in message transmission, dynamically generated markets and rapid liquidity provision.

Values & Beliefs

We are a team of engineers, developers, business analysts and quants who embrace Agile development, unit testing, and open source tools and libraries. We characterize ourselves as analytical and creative, with an appetite for the occasional risk.

Our adventures include waterskiing off the back of a catamaran, building a motorcycle and driving it cross country, climbing the inside of a factory smokestack, and swimming a collective 25 miles in the Hudson River.

Every employee in the company is an equity owner. It's important that we build a performance-based culture free of politics and hidden agendas, where everyone acts as if it's their business, because it is.
